Waivers (Income and Asset Eligibility)

The Waiver block can be used one or more times on a financial information form to allow a waiver request based on income, or assets, or non-liquid assets. If a matter is ineligible on any of those factors, a waiver can be requested, and if approved, overrides eligibility failure on that factor.

The block is available on all sites.

Sites can request to have the Waiver module enabled, which adds an Admin > Waiver Requests page showing all waiver requests created and whether the request was approved or denied. If you do not see that page on your site and want it, file a ticket (Help menu > Support Request) asking for it. There is no charge to have it enabled. After module is enabled, the desired user role(s) need to have the "Review Waiver Requests" permission selected.
