Organization Case Contacts

If enabled on a site, the Organization Case Contacts link allows adding an organization as a contact on a case, just as the Case Contacts link allows adding individuals (Contacts).

Site administrators enable this link on the Admin > Process Settings page, by setting "Show Static Add Case Organization Link In Profile" to Yes. If the Main Profile page for cases is not using the legacy Link Boxes element in the Actions menu, the link needs to be added to a Custom Link Box element.

This link cannot currently be configured to appear on closed cases.

Administrators need to add at least one value to the Case Org Type lookup. This corresponds to the required "Case Organization Type" field on the static add form.
