Services (Service Units and Phases)

This module is in beta testing and is in currently in use by a few agencies.  Contact support to request that this module be turned on.  There is currently no charge for the Service Phases module.

The services block is added to an Auxiliary Process that users access from the actions menu.


Admin setup


1- Ask PSTI to enable Service phases for your site

2- Add values to the Service Type lookup

    note that each service must be related to specific problem codes, programs, and outcomes and these relationships are set in the Service Type lookup.

    ! select the problem codes and programs for which this service should appear in the lookup configuration:



3- Create a Process and Form to view services from the Case Profile

Create form with the Services block and the Services listview, and add that form to whatever process you want users to click on to add and view Services.


Create a process that includes the form above.

Add this process to the actions menu on the case profile.
