Master/Subordinate Cases (Compact) Block

Displays the master/subordinate status of a case on the main profile page, and an "Expand" button that offers different options depending on the case's master status.

If the case is not a master case, the Expand button displays an "Edit Master Status" button and an "Associate with Master Case" link.

If the case is a master case, the Expand button displays an "Edit Master Status" button, a "View a summar of subordinate cases" link, and a list of surbordinate cases. The columns in the list are selected in the configuration options.
