Responsible for Calling/Primary Advocate Block

If you have implemented the Callback features on your site, this block is typically placed on the prescreen form to allow setting the person responsible for making the callback.

Note: The user selected in this block will not be saved unless a "Pending Callback ..." screening status is also selected. This will also default this user as the Primary Assignment if the prescreen ultimately becomes a case.
