Bulk Edit Client Information on Cases
Purpose: Update Client Information on multiple cases at one time
Status: Beta Testing
To enable, file a ticket (Help menu > Support Request) requesting that Bulk Edit Client Information on Cases be enabled on your site.
Users exercising these bulk edits need to have the User Role Permission: Bulk Client Edit enabled.
Client Profile > Actions > Bulk Edit
Notice the case linked to the client profile you selected. The data you see in the fields to edit will come from this case. This case will be edited in addition to any cases that you select in the listview.
Select the fields you want to edit and make any necessary changes. Blocks/Fields available to edit: Address (Geocoding does not copy), Mailing Address, Safe Address designation, Current Living Situation, Email Address, Phone Information, Date of Birth, Race, Gender, Language, Interpreter Needed, Highest Education Level.
Then select the cases you want to edit from the listview below.
Once you select continue, the selected cases will be updated. The cases will have a case note indicating that they have been edited.
