Custodial Status

Purpose: Allows recording structured information on a case in Custodial Status records. A case can have multiple records.

The Custodial Status Changes list view allows you to track custodial changes throughout the lifecycle of a case and can be placed on the main profile of a case, or placed on an auxiliary form. Each status can be edited directly from the list view.

A case cannot have two custodial status records with the same Start Date.

Site Administrator Setup

Create a dynamic auxiliary form and process.

The form needs to contain the Custodial Status Changes list view and the Custodial Status block.

In the list view on a form, select the auxiliary process in the Add/Edit Process selector to display Edit links on each record.

In the list view is on a case profile page, select the auxiliary process if you want to display the "+" button to add a new record directly from the case profile.
