Example Auxiliary Form for LITC
Below is a screenshot of an example auxiliary case form for LITC.
Thanks to Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy for agreeing to share it.
Notable is how they use two instances of the LITC block. The first instance records "Controversy Issues" and the second records "IRS Function or Court Worked". The configuration for each block is expanded to show which selections are made.
You could add the LITC block a third time to track the Tax Years at issues. That would just have the following checks:
- Show End Date
- Show Tax Year
- Show Issue Note
Note that for each time you use the LITC block, you may want to display the data differently. Unfortunately, the LITC Issues Listview lacks default filters, so this is an opportune place for embedded reports.
