Bulk Messages

Purpose: Users can send the same message to multiple recipients at the same time.

Availability: Not currently available.

Sending Bulk Messages

This process allows users to send messages out to multiple clients at once as a bulk action. Users can also send preset messages as a bulk message action.

Go to "Create Batch Communication" on your site.

Users can select the preset message and language and schedule the sending with the aid of a date calculator. Users can also type directly into the message text box to alter the preset message or to create a new message.
