Configuring the Nickname Database
Every instance of Legal Server comes with a nickname database that the searches use to help find related names. There are two lists: a list of names and a list of nicknames. Both can be edited to add more examples.
For example, clicking on the name Robert will show the following screen:
You can add a new nickname for Robert, or edit any of the existing nicknames by clicking on the Edit this Name link on the right.
