Organization Case Contacts

Organization Case Contacts link allows adding an organization as a contact on a case, just as the Case Contacts link allows adding individuals (Contacts).

Site administrators can enable this either or both of these ways:

  • Enable an Actions menu link by setting "Show Static Add Case Organization Link In Profile" to Yes on the Admin > Process Settings page. If the Main Profile page for cases is not using the legacy Link Boxes element in the Actions menu, the link needs to be added to a Custom Link Box element. This link cannot currently be configured to appear on closed cases.
  • Add the Organization Case Contact list view to the case profile. The list view has a "+" button in the filter bar.

At least one value must be added the Case Org Type lookup. This corresponds to the required "Case Organization Type" field on the static add form.
