Ethnicity Fields

Three different system fields have been added to LegalServer over time to record ethnicity.

The short names of these fields can be changed by site administrators, so the ones listed here may not match your site.

Ethnicity - a lookup field with two default values: Hispanic and Non-Hispanic.

Ethnicity (Non-HUD) - a lookup field with no default values.

HUD 9902 Ethnicity - a lookup field with three set values: Chose not to respond, Latino/Hispanic, and Non-Latino/Non-Hispanic. The values in this lookup are mandated by HUD and are thus marked "System" and cannot be edited.

All three fields are reportable under the Case Data > Person subtable. Import the Ethnicity Field Check report attached to this page to get a quick overview of how these fields have been used on a site.
