Viewing Current Support Tickets

Administrators can view the support tickets that have been submitted by users from their site on the Admin > Support Tickets page.

The list defaults to open support tickets. Use Actions menu > View closed support tickets, to see closed tickets.

Each ticket has a Feedback text box that allows you to add additional information about the ticket. The feedback is automatically added to the ticket in LegalServer's ticketing system.

Enter email address(es) on the Admin > Site Settings page to get an email each time a ticket is submitted:

We highly recommend entering at least one email address.
