Viewing Current Support Tickets

Administrators can view the support tickets that have been submitted by users from their site on the Admin / Support Tickets page.

The list defaults to open support tickets but administrators can view the list of tickets that have been closed out by PSTI by clicking on the "View closed support tickets".

Each ticket has a Feedback text box that allows administrators to add additional information about the ticket. The feedback is automatically added to PSTI's ticketing system.

Administrators can also enter email address(es) in Admin / Site Settings to have a message sent each time a ticket is submitted from their site and/or each time a ticket for their site is closed.
