Median Income Scales

Median income scales are used to calculate what percentage a household's income is of (usually state) guideline amounts.

Median scales are similar to the Poverty Scales for the federal poverty calculation.

Like the poverty scales, calculations are made using the case's intake date, not the current date or the date opened.

Median Income is a different featurethan HUD's Area Median Income.

Median scales are entered and maintained on the Admin > Median Income Scales page.

The numbers you need are typically published by a state agency. LegalServer support does not know what numbers you need.
