Timekeeping Settings

The settings on the Admin > Timekeeping Settings page primarily affect the main Timekeeping page.

Sites using dynamic timeslip forms (most sites that are less than 10 years old) should also see Time - Customizing Time Entry for information on changing individual forms.

Older sites still using the built-in static forms can make some changes to those forms via the "Show Static Form Settings" button at the bottom of this section.

Explanations for some of these settings are after the pretty screenshot:

Timekeeping Lock Date: Timeslips can't have a Date of Service earlier than this date. See Time - Timekeeping Lock Date for implementation details.

Service Log Filter: The default number of days displayed in the Timekeeping Log on the timekeeping page. Enter "0" to show just the current day, "7" for the last 7 days, and so on.

My Time Report Links: If no report is selected, no link will appear in the Actions menu.

Default Funding Code For Non-Client Time (Overrides User Settings): Here, "non-client" means a timeslip not linked to a case or outreach record. "User Setting" refers to the eponymous option users have on their My Preferences page.
