Additional Assistance Blocks

Allows recording additional types of assistance to a household that an agency does not want to include as household income. The types are defined in Admin > Lookups > Additional Assistance Types.

One of these blocks is typically used on a financial information form, but can be placed on any form.

These blocks cannot be used on the first step of an intake process.

Additional Assistance

Can initially display a Yes/No field, and if Yes is selected, allows multiple rows to be entered:

Displays checkboxes for each type of assistance for the client and each household member:

Additional Assistance by Family Member

Displays a Yes/No for the client and each family member and allows multiple rows of assistance to be entered for each, along with a required amount for each type.
