Adverse Party (Prescreen) Block

Allows entering adverse parties during a prescreen and provides a "Conflict Search" link for a manual conflict search for each adverse party entered. Up to 5 individual adverse parties can be entered, one business/organization, and one Common Adverse Party.

Configuration Options:

* Show Partial Search Checkboxes - places a "Begins With" checkbox next to the First Name and Last Name fields. If checked, each box will convert the search into a search for any name that begins with the letters entered in the name box - "Anders" would find "Andersen" and "Anderson" for example.
