Edit Outcome (deprecated) Block

Note: The Outcomes and Outcomes with Frequency Controls blocks are generally used instead of this block and the associated List Outcomes element. The newer blocks use the 'multiple rows with plus/minus buttons interface', and are therefore better suited to use 'within' a form like a case close form instead of requiring outcomes to be entered on a separate form.

Displays the fields needed to add an outcome entry to a case.

Configuration Options:

* Use advanced outcome fields - select this option to use the outcome type, frequency, amount, and date fields; instead of the standard outcome, date, and value fields.

* Only show outcomes associated with the case's problem code - this option can be helpful if your list of outcomes is long.
