Pro Bono Tracking Block

This block allows assigning an organization to a case, and optionally one or more assignments to affiliates (pro bono users) can be made at the same time, and new affiliate records (pro bono user records) can be created.

Organizations must have the "Currently Accepting Pro Bono Cases" field set to Yes on the organization profile to show up in the dropdown list.

Site administrators must place the block on auxiliary form, add a process to call the form, and place the link in the desired place in the Actions menu.
