Basic Financial Information Block

Displays two fields, "Family Size (Application)" and "Gross Monthly Income (Application)", and a calculated Percentage of Poverty field (which is stored as "Percentage of Poverty (Application)").

This block is typically used only on a prescreen form to calculate a 'quick' percentage of poverty without the detail of the "Financial Information - Alternate" block used on intakes.

These are separate fields from household size, income, and percentage of poverty typically collected during a full intake process. The values collected by this block do not "carry over" to the full financial information block.

Configuration Options:

* Percent of Poverty Limit - percentage of poverty above this number will display in red text

* Require Family Size

* Require Gross Income
