67427: Fixed an issue causing errors with the "Cases w/ User's Problem Codes" list view.

68794: Fixed an issue with funding codes not updating properly on case timeslips when using the search and select box or side bar recent case links to select the case. Affected sites updated 9/6/2015.

68828: Fixed a redirect issue when using the XML Data Transfer block on a branch logic form in an online intake. Affected sites updated 9/15/2015.
