Homepage Alerts Block

Displays various alerts on a home page.

The Announcements option in this block is not displaying announcements. Add the Announcements block as a separate element as a workaround. (Ref: LS-71821)

Configuration Options

  • Show Case Alerts (excluding SMS case alerts)
  • Show SMS Case Alerts Tab
  • Use Consistent Alert Styling
  • Show Deadlines in Case Alerts Tab
  • Show Messages Tab when applicable
  • Show Announcements Tab when applicable; see also the Announcements block
  • Show First Page — display the first tab expanded
  • Show SMS Received Alerts (legacy) — no longer needed
  • Confirm Dismiss Alert
