Changes and Updates

🕚 Effective for demo sites on 2021-11-18, then on live sites on 2021-11-26. 🕚

LS-53867: Adding a new Charge defaults the Disposition Date to the current date. Deemed inflexible, the Add Charges block gets a new "Default Disposition Date" configuration option. Checked by default to maintain the current behavior, uncheck it if your folks don't want a default date.

LS-82445: The Online Intake Appointment block gets some nice new options: "Show Past Appointment Slots", unchecked, will do what  you hope, and not show slots from the past. "Max Number of Days in the Future" also does just what you dream it would. Put in 30 and slots more than 30 days in the future (relative to when the person is filling out the form of course) will not be shown.

LS-82542: You can now test date fields in Guided Navigation expressions for "is empty", in addition to the existing "is null". Humans don't generally distinguish between never set (null) and blank (empty), but databases do.

LS-82553: Projects mavens may be excited to hear the Project Funding Code block gets configuration options that let you hide many of the fields the block normally displays. For the minimalists among you.

LS-82600: The "Show others" section of an enhanced reminder is returning active and inactive contacts/users when you search for someone to add to the reminder list. Not particularly helpful, so it will now stop showing you inactive contacts/users. Making the "o" in "others" uppercase will be in a future ticket.

LS-82657: If you manage to save an invalid date in a report filter, you will no longer be punished by an error page when you next try to run or edit it. Instead, that filter will be set to the "Today" preset.

LS-82753: More fixes to get the Email PDF of Profile block to work in the various places it can be used.

These nice folks believe public service to those in need should start early. We hope the last 3 years with LegalServer have helped them instill that in their nascent attorneys.
