Transfer Outcome Block

This block displays a dropdown list of transfer outcomes if a case was received via electronic case transfer. Typically placed on a close case form, it sends the selected transfer outcome value back to the site that transferred the case.

The block has no configuration options.

The values displayed come from the Transfer Outcomes lookup list (Admin > Lookups).

The information transfer will also include the value of the "Volunteer Attorney Provided Legal Assistance" field ite that sent the transfer if the receiving site adds this field to it's closing or other form.

The Close Reason will also be transferred back.

The site that initiated the e-transfer can display this information using the system fields: "Receiving Site Close Reason," "Receiving Site Close Reason Note," and "Receiving Site Volunteer Attorney Provided Legal Assistance."
