75934: Removed the ability to edit a primary assignment from a user profile page and change the assignment type to something other than primary, thus 'deleting' the primary assignment.

76073: Fixed editing an intake assignment on a case via the edit pencil/link on the assignments list.

76122: Fixed a problem with adding new values to the Special Problem Code Descriptive lookup when multiple languages are enabled on a site.

76145: The My Time widget mouseover will no longer display errant information about undefined pay periods on sites without the Advanced Grants Management module.
