Changes for October 23, 2014 - October 29, 2014

64773: For sites that use the "Ask for Institution" option in the Address block, the full organization name can now be displayed in reports via the path Case Data > Person > Institution > Organization Name.

65106: The list on the main Organizations page has new filters: Referral County, Pro Bono Assistance, and Problem Codes.

65123: Added the necessary subtables in reports to get funding code information on bulk referrals and quick referrals.

65207: Updated the report code so that site specific fields use a Left Join instead of an Inner Join. Or in plain(er) English, displaying a site specific field on a report, say Field X on cases, will not limit the report to only cases where Field X has a value saved. The report will display all cases that otherwise meet the report filters, and the Field X column will display any saved value or nothing if it is blank.

65220: The Address Extended block will no longer display an errant red star on the zip code field if it is configured in the block as not required.

65237: Updated the "Funding Code Timekeeping Change" block (which allows you to change the funding code on all timeslips on a case) so that it does not require a site to be using contract term allocations. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 10/21/2014)

65239: For sites using the Internal Transfers feature, fixed an issue with the list filters that was allowing rejected matters to show up. (Effective on all affected sites 10/31/2014)

65250: Made the iCal link that can be displayed on user profiles to allow subscribing to a calendar event feed a "webcals" link to workaround Outlook's inability to handle redirects. Other calendar programs may need to remove the "s" from "webcals". We will add a separate link for other calendar programs in a future update.

65293: For sites that have enabled the Level of Service feature, there is a new User Role permission, "Edit Levels of Service on a Case", allowing sites to restrict who can edit this information.

65302: Improved appointment slot locking to prevent a second scheduling request from overwriting the first when both requests are submitted within the same second. (Hotfixed to all affected sites effective 10/31/2014)

65344: Having the Timekeeping Object block on a form configured with type "None" will no longer cause an error. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 10/24/2014)

65382: Fixed an issue with the Task List not filtering out tasks with a List Date in the future. All affected sites will get the fix effective 10/31/2014.

65400: Filtering the Timekeeping Log by one day will no longer include the following day's timeslips. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 10/27/2014)

65418: After adding a brochure entry to an outreach, you will now be redirected to the outreach profile instead of the list of brochures.

65424: Fixed an error on the main Donations page. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 10/28/2014)
