93378: The Add Charges block will now function on online intake and external forms, if the case credit options are disabled.

93619: Dragging a column in report edit mode to move it will no longer kick off a data refresh that needs to complete before another column can be dragged. The first drag will show the "Refresh Data" button, which can be ignored until you are done moving columns and want to see your rearranged data.
