Legal Council for Health Justice prepares to go live with LegalServer on 9/12/2016.

69174: Additional work on the Print Case Notes page to keep the text of some notes from running past the right margin and being cut off in the printout.

72991: Added the Medical Record Requests fields to the "Case Data > Services (One row per service)" subtable in reports.

73175: Revisions to the style and layout presented by the Medical Records Request block. Editing an existing request now displays a Recommended Documents section to allow generating a document from a template for that request. There is also a new Medical Record Requests list view element available for use on case profile pages.
