65605: Fixed a unicode issue that could cause the new Case Notes list to display the body of a note as just "..." instead of the actual text.

65638: Adding time via Add Case Note will now properly enforce any date-based funding code restrictions on the timeslip using the note's date posted.

65810: The Date Calculator block is now available for use on dynamic forms in the User module.

66084: Fixed a problem with editing timeslips created with the static built-in form before a site has implemented dynamic timekeeping. The Edit button on those timeslips would start a new timeslip instead of editing the existing timeslip.
