Effective: 2019-03-21 for demo sites, 2019-03-29 for live sites.

87056: The I-914 Supp B (2/27/2017) immigration form will be pushed out to all sites on 2019-03-22. 

88017: Fix the Case Title filter (if enabled) on the Timekeeping Log list.

88061: The I-539 Supp. A (2/4/2019) immigration form will be pushed out to all sites on 2019-03-22.

88173: There is a new "User's Type" field available for dynamic timeslip forms. Like the existing Office and Program fields which allow recording the office and program of the user filling out the timeslip, the new field has a "User's Type" configuration option to allow recording the Advocate/User Type of the person filling out the timeslip.

88182: Make the plus/minus buttons in Side/Action elements work again. (Only affected demo sites, updated 2019-03-14).
