78089: Fixed a rare error submitting a timeslip if a particular funding code is selected.

78273: Fixed an error with the Multiple Outcomes v2 block if it is configured to Display Expanded but no outcomes can be displayed for a case because of problem code or other restrictions.

78327: Changed the webcal feed of a user's calendar events to store time in UTC (a/k/a GMT) which external calendar software should convert to the person's time zone on their external calendar.
