Legal Aid of Western Missouri is excited to go live next week, but won't believe us until we show them a live site. We will. And it will be shiny.

Changes and Updates

Unless otherwise noted, you will see these changes on demo sites on 2021-06-17, then on live sites on 2021-06-25.

LS-57962: The Admin > Client Profile Settings page gains a new "Show Charge List" setting. Does what you hope and dream it would (or would not) do. Don't see the Client Profile Settings admin page? Hint: It has an eponymous user role permission.

LS-66224: The Service Documents block available for dynamic service/phase forms gains the ability to automatically create a subfolder in the case document folders with the name you configure in the block (if it doesn't already exist). A place for everything. Everything in its place.

LS-73745: The Online Intake Import API endpoint learns about some new fields: Special Legal Problem Code (with the added lookup goodness you API types love), Emergency, and Intake Type.

LS-76446: The Conflict Search Results block gains the ability to show an Email Address column. Edit the block, check the "Show Email" option and drag the "email" column into the desired spot in the enabled columns section. (On demo sites now, live sites on 2021-06-18)

LS-76447: The Adverse Party block gains the ability to show an Email Address column. Edit the block, check the "Show Email" option and drag the "email" column into the desired spot in the enabled columns section. (On demo sites now, live sites on 2021-06-18)

LS-76448: The Family Information block gains the ability to show an Email Address column in search results. Edit the block and check the "Ask for email" option. (On demo sites now, live sites on 2021-06-18)

LS-76507: Make the Callback Attempt block available on dynamic callback forms do what you hoped and dreamed it would (create a callback attempt record).

LS-76646: Search > Cause Number and Search > Case Title searches are now case insensitive. A search for "ponies" will return a hit for "PONIES", "Ponies!", etc. (but not, sadly, 🐴🐴🐴).

LS-76900: A branch logic block configured with a default value for the toggle field was always showing the default, even when the toggle field already had a different value. The block will no longer exhibit the aberrant behavior.

LS-76974: The Case Contact list view you likely have on your case profile(s) now lets you set a default filter on one or more Role values.

LS-76975: The AMI Poverty Category block gains a new "Category is Read-Only" option. For when you want to show your kids the calculated category, but not let them touch it.

LS-77125: Intake Type is now an available column and filter on the Case/Matter - Matters list view. The one you likely have on the main Cases page showing folks all the Incomplete Intakes.
