67846: Restored the edit and delete links for the Bubble Chart additional display format in reports.

68079: Fixed a problem that could cause Activity Items to not display properly when adding an Activity to a case.

68754: Fixed Javascript errors that sometimes prevented calendar information from displaying without a page refresh.

69079: Three new blocks are available that allow putting reports and graphs on dynamic home pages. See Reports and Graphs on Home Pages for details.

69090: Updates to report code to prevent errors displaying summations and crosstabs. (Only demo sites affected. Fixed 10/15/2015.)

69116: Fixed a problem with reports based on the top level Outreach table that caused all lookup subtables to appear twice in Add Fields, Method 2. Picking the wrong one would cause an error loading the data table. (Effective 10/16/2015 for all sites)
