Quick Organization Referral Block

Displays a search and select box that allows recording a referral to an outside organization. The organizations searched are those on the Organizations tab with the organization type of Referral Organization.

The block is a "quick" alternative to a detailed referral process that records more information than the organization name regarding a referral.

Configuration Options:

* Require Organization - require at least one organization to be selected

* Allow Multiple Referrals - the default is to allow only one organization

* Label - text for the label that appears to the left of the search box
