81998: Immigration form I-912 (2018-03-13) will be pushed out on 6/29/2018.

83480: Immigration form I-212 (2018-04-27) will be pushed out to all sites on 6/29/2018.

83519: Restored the behavior of new staff and office appointment slots defaulting the event type to "Client Appointment (Block Schedule)".

83610: Fixed an issue that was preventing clinic appointment slots from being created for all events when adding recurring clinic events.
