69441: Fixed the problem with blank rows being displayed by the clinic module's "Mass Update Appointment Statuses" block.

71296: Fixed the "MLP Medical Institution Required?" option in the MLP Medical Institution block.

71723: Deleted case notes will no longer be included in e-transfers.

73814: The Recently Accessed Cases/Matters list on the main Timekeeping page is now limited to cases/matters accessed within the last 30 days.

74020: There is a new "Users Responsible for User (Staff Liaison)" list view available dynamic user profiles.

74185: Improved error handling and user notification if there is a problem dragging and dropping files into a case's folders.
