86166: Use the "Recommended city name" from the USPS API in address validation results. Use "Other recognized names" only if the user manually enters a city name that matches one of the other recognized names.

86841: Fixed an issue with the N-400 (2016-12-23) immigration form not saving selections to radio buttons, and an error with overwriting a zip code field on the form. The updated form will be pushed out to all sites on 5/10; the earlier form will be automatically inactivated on 5/10; advocates should not see any difference on the front end. 

88646: The latest version of the G-28 (2018-09-17) immigration form will now allow sites to overwrite the mapped default USCIS-linked data for the attorney/representative in Part 6 if so desired by an agency. The updated form will be pushed out to all sites on 5/10; the earlier form will be automatically inactivated on 5/10; advocates should not see any difference on the front end.
