Document List Block

Designed for use on profile pages. Displays files and folders via the File Manager.

Optionally displays the the Recommended Documents and Email Templates lists. This option is not recommended. Use the Recommended Documents block instead.

Related: There is a Documents list view element that displays a list of all documents/files uploaded to a case. The list can be used in addition to the File Manager if desired.

Configuration Options

  • Show Member Documents - meaning documents from cases linked by the Lead and Member Cases feature.
  • Show Recommended Tab (not recommended)
  • Recommended Tab Title - text box
  • Show Email Tab
  • Email Tab Title - text box
  • Show Note Field Select - This option only applies to the old folder tree view (Classic View) and does nothing in the new File Manager. Displays a dropdown that allows temporarily changing the display to show a column for Created By, Creation Date, File Size, Last Update Date, or Title. The default column is Created By.
