87633: On the "Edit appointment times" page for a clinic event, display the client's name and case number as a clickable link for filled appointment slots.

87901: Online intake processes have a new "Logo Hyperlink" field, which allows a site to set a URL, or not, for the logo (if any) displayed on the online intake.
