73067: Renamed the "Add Document" block to "Add Document with Title". Made the "Add Document" block from the clinic module available in the case/matter module. That block provides an option to automatically create a folder and upload a file into that folder.

73371: The MLP ICD-10 Diagnosis block now allows saving a category or a category and block without requiring a diagnosis.
