Organization Client Information Block

This block is typically used in a separate intake for Group clients. It provides an Organization Name field instead of four fields for an individual's name. It also provides address fields, and can be configured to ask for a Tax Identification Number.

Configuration Options

Prompt for Existing Organizations
(If the Prompt option is checked) Default Use Existing Organization
Use Address Validation - if the site has the GIS module
Show Zip

Zip Code First - places the Zip Code field at the top of the address fields, and will automatically fill in the City and State fields if the zip code entered matches a zip code in Admin > Zip Codes
Show County - display the County of Residence field.
