Issues Block

Allows recording multiple issues per case. Each issue has the following fields: Issue Date, Issue, Needs Review, Issue Resolution Date, Issue Resolution, and Issue Note.

Issue and Allowable Issue Resolutions are related lookup lists. There is also an Issues list view to display existing issues on a form or profile.

For reporting, there is a Case Data > Matter Issues (one row per issue) subtable.

Configuration options:

* Default Issue Date to Today's Date

* Default Issue Date to Intake Date

* Require Issue Date
