Case / Client Alerts Block
This block is designed to: 1) be placed on the case profile page to display case / client alerts; and/or 2) be used on a dynamic form/process to create case / client alerts.
On a profile, it displays any client or case alerts that apply to the case being displayed. This block is usually placed as the first element on the profile page so that alerts will be displayed at the top of the page. If no alerts exist for a case or client, nothing is displayed.
On a dynamic form/process, the block allows you to add a new case alert and optionally select an alert type and users whose homepage the alert should appear on.
Site administrators have configuration options to default the message and alert type and make them read only and default recipients from their assignment types, among others. You can also hide individual components (which you'd probably want to default) or the whole block by de-selecting the display options for message body, alert type and alert assignments.
