63421: Additional fixes for the Add to Library feature in reports.

64989: Online intake processes have a new "External Form Theme" configuration option. Two themes are available: the default and a new "Minimalist" theme.

65436: There is a new "Case/Service Notes - Multiple Rows Per Case" table in reports. It allows reporting on standard case notes as well as case notes produced from timeslips.

66627: The maximum size of files that can be sent with an e-transfer has been increased from 20MB to 100MB.

66646: Changed the name of the "Require asset override?" option in the Assets block to "Require asset override reason?", and fixed the underlying code so that using it requires the override reason instead of producing a warning about an unnamed missing required field.

66760: Enabling "Allow Attaching Time" in the Generate Note from Email Template block will no longer cause an error when you save the form edit.

66823: Fixed an error on the Actors step of mapping a new style template. (Hotfixed to all affected sites 2/20/2015)

66844: There is a new "Court Filings (one row per Filing)" table in reports under Case Data, to allow reporting on information entered via the eponymous block.
