70518: The list of offices on the Edit Multiple Users Simultaneously page no longer includes inactive offices.

70607: The MLP: I-HELP Category field will get a system value of "unassigned" if no selection is made when editing the field.

70682: Editing a Special Problem Code Descriptive lookup value no longer loses the associated Special Legal Problem Code.
