Only two more days until 2020 is finally done.

Changes and Updates

Unless otherwise noted, you will see these changes on demo sites on 2020-12-31, then on live sites on 2021-01-08.

LS-70591: Remove most of the options in the properties window for pivoted report columns. Unnecessary clutter.

LS-71853: Implement a shiny progress bar when dragging and dropping files onto the Sharepoint Folders list on a case.

LS-72051: Make the Case Data > Charges > Note field in reports display what you always hoped it would.

LS-72099: You can now translate the Additional Assistance Type lookup values.

LS-72253: Change the (often red) Search menu label from "Clients" to "People".

LS-72269: Make the Responsible for Calling field display a red asterisk indicating its requiredness when the eponymous block is on the second or later step of a prescreen process. (Effective 2020-12-30 for all sites) Correction: The field is now required on any step of a prescreen, including the first, or only, step.
