Changes and Updates
Unless otherwise noted, you will see these changes on demo sites on 2020-07-09, then on live sites on 2020-07-17.
LS-65888: Prevent 2 timers from running at the same time, regardless of how hard you try.
LS-66283: Make fields like Intake Office present a dropdown list when configuring a Guided Navigation segment.
LS-66320: When adding a note to an outreach, the note type will now default to "Outreach Notes". One less thing to select in life.
LS-66353: When you choose to "Add Discovery Note" to a discovery record, and you choose to "Send this note as a message", do you want the message to include the title of the discovery record and a link to the case? Then you will like this change.
LS-66566: Fix an error when using the static "View dialog summaries" process on cases.
LS-66632: Looking at your User profile? And the Assignments list thereon? Would you rather see client names like "Nuñez" or "Nuñez"? We hope the former, because that is how they will display after this fix hits. Bonus: Now you know why "double escaping HTML" is frowned upon.
