Responsible for Calling

If the Callbacks module has been enabled on your site, this block is typically placed on a prescreen form to allow setting the person responsible for making a callback.

It updates the Perform By field on a callback record if one exists or can be created.

Notes

• This block needs to be before the Prescreen Status Block on the prescreen form.
• The user selected in this block will not be saved unless a "Pending Callback ..." screening status is also selected.  

Configuration Options

• Create Assignment of Type Callback Assignment - this is optional, and is designed to show a matter on a user's Assignments list in addition to a callbacks list.
• Require Callback Assignment (not required on first page of intake).
