Responsible for Calling

If the Callbacks module has been enabled on your site, this block is typically placed on a prescreen form to allow setting the person responsible for making a callback.

It updates the Perform By field on a callback record if one exists or can be created.

Notes

• This block needs to be before the Prescreen Status Block on the prescreen create form.
• The user selected in this block will not be saved unless a "Pending Callback ..." screening status is also selected.
• This block can create an assignment, but will not add or edit that assignment even if the block is executed on a matter a second time. (Ref: LS-146870)

Configuration Options

• Create Assignment of Type Callback Assignment - this is optional, and is designed to show a matter on a user's Assignments list in addition to a callbacks list. NB: The assignment type is actually Responsible for Calling.
• Require Callback Assignment (not required on first page of intake).
