Responsible for Calling/Primary Advocate Block

If the Callbacks module has been enabled on your site, this block is typically placed on the prescreen form to allow setting the person responsible for making the callback.

Notes:

* This block needs to be before the Prescreen Status Block on the prescreen form.

* The user selected in this block will not be saved unless a "Pending Callback ..." screening status is also selected. This will also default this user as the Primary Assignment if the prescreen ultimately becomes a case.

* If this block is on the second (or later) form of a prescreen, it will also create an assignment on the case for "Responsible for Calling". The field also becomes required if not on the first form of a prescreen.
