List Benefits Hearings (For Editing) Block

Displays a listview of any benefits hearings entered for a case using the Benefits Hearing block, and an Edit link next to each entry. This block is usually placed on a form above the "Benefits Hearing" block. This is required for the Edit link to be able to display the existing information.
